Refund policy

At Bradis Diamond Jewelry LLC, we want you to love your jewelry. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, our return and refund policy is limited to the specific situations outlined below.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
The item is defective or not as described
The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date
You provide proof of purchase and photo evidence of damage or defects

⚠️ Exception for Klarna Purchases:

Orders paid via Klarna are eligible for refunds only—no exchanges, no store credits, and no restocking fees. Refunds will be issued back to your original Klarna payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Standard Refunds (non-Klarna):

Refunds are processed as store credit or product replacement, depending on the case.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (for any payment method):

Gift Cards
Earrings
Watches
Body Piercing Jewelry (belly, nose, ears, etc.)
Final Sale Items

📬 Return Process

Email us at bradisdiamond@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Wait for approval and return instructions.
Ship the item back in its original packaging (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed).
Once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or store credit (as per above).

📦 Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery scan with photos of the package and product. We will assist in filing a claim and offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
