📦 Processing Time
Standard Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended.
Custom Products
These items are made to order based on your specifications. The fulfillment time for custom products will not exceed 28 business days from the date of purchase.

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Or if you want to enable it:
We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
📮 Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses.
🔄 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

We’ll work with the carrier and provide a resolution (replacement or store credit, case by case).

If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received:
