1. What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We craft all pieces from authentic 14k and 18k solid gold, with ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones. Every item undergoes strict quality control to ensure lasting shine and durability.
2. How can I determine my ring or bracelet size?
Use our Size Guide to measure at home, or visit one of our authorized retailers for a professional fitting. For bracelets, measure your wrist and add 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit.
3. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
- Domestic (USA): 1–2 day processing + 3–5 business days transit
- International: 1–2 day processing + 7–14 business days transit
4. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, original-condition items. To initiate, complete the Return Form and ship using the prepaid label we provide. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
5. How should I care for my gold and diamond jewelry?
- Store pieces in their soft pouches or a lined jewelry box.
- Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, ammonia) and cosmetics.
- Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush; dry with a soft cloth.
6. Can I customize or engrave my jewelry?
Yes. Engraving is available on most flat surfaces (pendants, bracelet bars, ring bands). Select the “Add Engraving” option on product pages, or contact us for bespoke requests.
